Hi
It's me again. Sorry to bother you but when I try to send a MMS, it says "sending" at the top for around 30 secs then it comes up as "operation failed, timed out, please check your settings". So I do, I change the file size to large and I change the mode to Havoc, however, I'm not sure what to do with the internet connection setting part because when I click on it the access point name is already filled the MMSC is also filled the http proxy is also filled and the port number is filled the only thing not filled is the username and password - does this have to be filled in? If so what do I fill it in with. Also, sorry, but for the bar that says access point name and MMSC, am I suppose to know or be familiar with those addresses, cause I'm not.

Have you checked all the FAQ's above?

Some users were reporting that AT&T disable MMS, so call them up, and ask them to enable it, if they ask which device you are using, say it's an N8 as if you tell them it's a N900, they might say that the N900 cannot do MMS and not enable it for you...I hate it when these tech support people at the carriers think they know everything!

In fMMS enter the following details (see above for instructions on how to):

Access point name: wap.cingular
MMSC: http://mmsc.cingular.com
User name: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password: CINGULAR1
HTTP proxy: 66.209.11.32
Port number: 80

Note 1: I think the user name and password have to all be in capitals, but try without in case it doesn’t work.
Note 2: Scroll down to enter the port.
