There are a lot of posts out there by a lot of people including myself with details for additional Catalogues you can add to your N900 to gain access to a whole load of other applications but I thought I might as well make a post with all the ones I know about and also so I have a single reference point so that I don’t have to keep posting the details below over and over again, so check out below for details of catalogues currently available.
If you know of any other, please post and I will add to the list.
How to add or edit a catalogue
NOTE: If you break your phone after downloading something from one of these, don’t blame me! I have not tested every application in every catalogue below so as far as I know they could all cause your phone to self destruct! – You have been warned!
Additional Application Catalogues
I would recommend that you disable the catalogues below after you have installed the application you were looking for as many people have completely bricked their phones by installing applications from here, and a while back, so did I, it took me a long time to get my N900 back to life and I was lucky that I was able to but I lost everything from my phone (So do a backup of the phone and the Mass Memory before you start)….
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Maemo Extras Testing
As you can tell by the name of this one, it is a load of applications that are still being tested, so don’t expect them all to work properly and they can start to cause problems if you install things you are not sure about.

Maemo Extras Development
I DO NOT recommend this one for noobs or even pro’s, this is only really for Developers, as I know a lot of people who have completely bricked their phones after installing applications from it so only add at your own risk! (I’m only sharing it so that developers can see what applications are currently being designed and know where to publish their applications in the early stages)
Catalogue Name: maemo.org devel
Web Address: http://repository.maemo.org/extras-devel/
Distribution: fremantle
Components: free non-free
Default Application Catalogues
These are only here for those of you that might have accidentally deleted or edited the standard catalogues. I would advise you not to disable any of these as by doing that sometimes applications in other catalogues will not download / install!

well if it’s the 32gb part, go to file manager on the phone, hold your finger on the first thing the, (should have a n900 type icon) and select format from the drop down list.

Hi,
Instructions for manual flashing can be found here:
http://wiki.maemo.org/Documentation/Maemo_5_Developer_Guide/Development_Environment/Maemo_Flasher-3.5
Alternatively you will need to take to your local Nokia repair centre where they should be able to do for you.
